DANO Network – Terms of Service

Welcome to DANO Network (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, services, and content (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using DANO Network, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Platform immediately.
1. Decentralized Platform and Content Licensing
1.1 Licensed Content
DANO Network operates as a decentralized AVOD (Advertising Video on Demand) platform that distributes movies, TV shows, and other content provided by independent distributors, content creators, and NFT holders from decentralized networks worldwide.
1.2 Intellectual Property Rights
All videos and media content on DANO Network are owned or properly licensed by third-party distributors or NFT holders. DANO Network is not the copyright owner of most content and acts solely as a platform for streaming licensed works.
1.3 Liability for Licensing Issues
We are not liable for any:
- Copyright disputes
- Contractual breaches
- Residuals
- Royalties or other financial obligations
arising from the agreements or actions of our distributors or NFT holders. Any claims regarding intellectual property should be directed to the relevant content owner or distributor.
2. User Accounts and Access
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DANO Network. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Rewards System
3.1 Overview
DANO Network provides an automated rewards system that allows viewers to earn credits, gift cards, and other incentives by watching content and engaging with advertisements.
3.2 Third-Party Reward Processing
All gift cards, credits, and rewards are managed and fulfilled by third-party providers. DANO Network does not directly pay cash to users and does not buy back or redeem gift cards for money.
3.3 No Cash Redemption
At no point—unless expressly stated in writing—will viewers receive direct monetary payments from DANO Network. Credits and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
3.4 Fraud Prevention and Revocation
Our automated system continuously monitors for cheating, fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity.
- If detected, rewards and credits may be revoked or withheld.
- DANO Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited behavior.
3.5 Review of Rewards
Rewards are automatically managed and are only reviewed manually by staff when necessary (e.g., to investigate system flags or disputes).
4. Advertising and Monetization
4.1 AVOD Model
Our platform is advertising-based. By using DANO Network, you agree to view advertisements that support free streaming content.
4.2 Third-Party Advertisers
We display ads provided by third-party networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of these third-party advertisements.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the rewards system
- Interfere with platform operations or ad delivery
- Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to generate views or credits
- Upload, distribute, or promote infringing or unlawful content
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, reward revocation, or permanent ban.
6. Decentralization and NFTs
6.1 Blockchain and NFTs
Some content and rewards on DANO Network may be connected to decentralized blockchain networks and NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens). Ownership of such NFTs does not grant a right to royalties or cash payouts from DANO Network unless specifically stated.
6.2 Smart Contracts
Smart contract transactions are irreversible and outside DANO Network’s direct control. Users engaging in NFT-related activity acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
7. Limitation of Liability
- DANO Network provides the Platform “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DANO Network, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Platform
- Disputes with distributors, NFT holders, or third-party advertisers
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
